To whom so ever it is concern

This is in regard to my purchase of GOECYST-F Tab on **th March **, has billed me ** tabs to me instead of ** tabs as requested. The concern sales person on that day has billed the medicine for total ** tabs without my concent and collected the payment. When i went back home i noticed that it was billed for ** tabs instead of ** tabs as it was my regular monthly tab requirement i did not return the medicine immediately and after few days my consulted doctor told me stop the medicine from next month onwards that is from the month of may. When Doctor told me to stop the medicine i was shocked to see the medicine is about to expiry on the same month that is on May **** , immediately i went to appolo pharmacy Dattagalli Mysore to return the product as it was purchased from there only and I asked why nearest expiry has been dispensed and requested them to exchange the product as it cannot be continued as suggested by doctor. But the concern staff and staff incharge deny to take back the product and held for the conversation with us for more than ** minutes and argued that its my fault that i have taken the medicine within that time period.। have completely exolained regarding the dosage method the medicine and asked why it has dispensed with the nearest expiry they stood unanswered and again started denying to accept the medicine. Felt really bad by the staff ans staff incharge behaviour.। Am escalating this complaint . Please check with details and please revert us back. This is my second time of writing this complaint in this regard. Please do the needfull.
