Myntra Online Shopping - Myntra denied to accept the return product even after delivering the wrong size then ordered

I had ordered catwalk shoes from Myntra size **. They delivered me the wrong size that is ** size. I placed a return request they denied taking the return. I called them several times they kept saying it has to be in the original tag but when they delivered me the product except for the invoice there where no tags noting and on top of that they delivered me the wrong size. What am I supposed to do with the product it is not wearable due to their mistake of delivering incorrect size to me. I had to place a return request or else it wouldn’t have been required to return the product if they wouldn’t mistakenly deliver me the wrong size. Due to their fault, I have to suffer on top they are not even taking it to return. They do not even know on what state did they deliver the product. If on that state they don’t accept return that how do they deliver us the product on that state it is a problem while returning if such careless thing is happening. Being a known brand and acting so irresponsible while customers are having the problem in service then it is really a shame that they failed to provide justice to the loyal customer being shopping for years by trusting blindly and recommending and encouraging others to shop from Myntra. When I faced this problem I realised I was wrong to trust them so blind as when a problem arrives that time you realise the actual loyalty of the brand towards their service, stop making customer suffer from such service. It is really bad if you are not taking the return when it is your mistake to provide me the wrong size and then not taking back the product when it is unused and in the state how it was delivered to me.
It is not about the money it is about being fair and unfair and you are being really unfair and made me helpless with such kind of service really disappointing. I will not shop from Myntra anymore not I will recommend others to believe in such sites who fail to give proper service and justice service after delivery.
I trusted you, people, I never even checked if you people have refunded my money on my previous returns. I think I should be going back and checking as now I realised you broke my trust what I had. Below is the image on the size I received ** and I had ordered **.
