I received a damaged product ( Catwalk - Women black solid sandals ), ORDER ID # ******* **************
When returned, they rejected the return saying there is no price tag and reshipped the item back to me
I checked the product and it had * stickers on both the sandal pair with all necessary stickers on the package
The item was also worn out from top
I have tried to followup since almost ** days but they keep dodging and there is no proper update even after calling multiple times and providing the necessary evidence pictures
*. I got a damaged product *. and when trying to return they are harassing a customer like anything
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
