I have placed an order in myntra. I have recieved wrong product. And raised a complaint regarding it. Myntra has accepted and approved my return request. Usually, after approval, myntra picks up the product the very next day. But it asked me to wait for * days. And now my account is blocked. Why did they approve the return request and locked my account?
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
