Byjus learning app - My refund is not initiated beside cancelling before the trial period

I purchased this product for my sister as the counsellor was convincing that the product is very good . Even though she was in commerce and not in need of any study material I purchased the product on a condition that I am going to try the product and then if my sister is not compatible I will return it . The counsellor told me along with the finance department that I have ** days of trial and if in that time I don't like the product then the money will be refunded and the course will be cancelled. The loan process could not be initiated because my dates were not mentioned in my passbook so for a different loan process I had to pay about ***** . After a week of the trail, my sister was not compatible as the material was not good so I demanded a refund as they promised. For the next *week, I kept on demanding the refund but it was not initiated and the finance officer was continuously harassing me saying let me talk to your father for cancelling despite me being the one who purchased the product and paid from my account and I did it all in ** days trial period still they didn't cancel. So I told me that I am willing to purchase another product only on one condition if the earlier one is cancelled on the spot I received numerous calls from byjus telling that the product will be cancelled thus I got a confirmation from one of the financial department employee that my course has been cancelled which I will be posting as proof and even then I received the message that my payment is due despite receiving numerous confirmation of from byjus that my course has been cancelled.
