- My refund for not delivering as promised Closed
My order was supposed to be delivered in ** mins., However the order took nearly ** mins. I ordered the food on August *, **** at *:**pm and was hoping to be delivered by *:**. I had to start my shift by *:**. The food was delivered after *:** when I am not authorized to move out of my desk for any reason after I start my shift. After multiple calls and mental pressure I got the order which was already cold. I had to go though a rough time at my shift and also had to work without eating for what swiggy has done to me that day. The food was cold and I could not consume it depending on the nature of the food item I ordered. When contacted swiggy they have this weird reasoning saying that we will take action against the restaurant. I want swiggy to compensate the situation of mental agony and where I had to go through the pain of calling the valet multiple times as I was getting late for my shift and also spoiling my day at the office with negative impact that was created due to swiggys irresponsible behaviour.
