Hi,
I have placed wooden sofa set of *+*+* seater. But the same was not delivered on promised time. The EMI was done through financial company. They paid the full amount to Royal Oak behalf of me. The loan amount was transferred to royaloak already on (June *, ****) and my *st EMI has been debited from my account but the product wasn't delivered yet. I tried to contact the customer care several times via email and helpline number regarding the delivery but I haven't received any response till time. This was my *st purchase on royaloak and this gave the worst impression on royal services. Kindly help to cancel the order which I placed.
