Flipkart online shoping - My package cancelled by seller after shipment without any intimation

This is a pathetic incident happen two times in a row at Flipkart. I placed the order first time * ton Voltas split AC in a sale and I got **** instant discount so effective price became *****. Order ID OD******************.
In the second time I placed an order of *.* ton split Voltas AC in a sale & again I got **** instant discount and effective price became *****. Order ID OD******************.
But each time my package was shipped by the seller and reach nearby my location but not delivered by Ekart by the expected date of delivery and very next day I got the message that your order has been cancelled by the seller (OMNITECH) due to address and pin code mismatch and refund process have been initiated.
Although I got my refund I suffered the loss of time in waiting for the sale, delivery and discount as well because the same product is available without any discount. But on the address details, I have ordered no of items no of times there was no problem at all with address or pin code.
Actually, it's the excuse of the delivery service provider (EKART) who does not want to deliver the product by whatever reason that's beyond my understanding. I contacted customer service of Flipkart but unsatisfactory service provided by them.
