Flipkart online shoping - Not replace and Refund

i received a lamp from flipkart on ** march but product was damage and something missing after i raise a replace request ** March but they send me message * april your request was cancelled. But return policy only ** days who already cancelled march ** why they reply * april.After again i call and raise complain regarding on ** may they aggain accept request and told your courier will be pickup on ** june and credited on after picking process will complete.after two days ** may again cancelled But when i call today they simply told return policy over. They cheated me.
