Flipkart online shoping - Account got blocked

My account is blocked without any confirmation or notification and tell me that you are reselling the products but I'm ordering for my family members. When I purchase more product from Flipkart, it does not mean I'm a reseller. I am the end user. I want my account back or money back. There is **** gift card balance on that account.
