I have purchased racold ETERNO * SP **v WH-N WHITE gyeser in offer period. But the product delivered to me is another model.. when I raised a complain to customer care for replacement they are denying for it.. they are telling me that only refund is available. But if I re order the same product now. The price is too much higher than that of offer period... In invoice **DAYS REPLACEMENT GUARNTEE IS MENTIONED
