Flipkart Internet Private Limited Bengaluru Karnataka India - my order is cancelled without any notification many times

I had ordered the same from Flipkart but when the same was out for delivery I got a call from the delivery boy or he called me from about ***-*** meters away or I refused him.I told you to come to the niche of my building but he refused and said that he will not come on this road and will cancel the order. I told him to come to my address and he said that he will not move according to your wish.Or he disconnected the phone, at the same time I called Flipkart customer care or told him the details and he said, Sir, don't worry, your order will not be canceled, I am complaining. But when I got the refund message, I felt very bad because I did not want to cancel the order, so I called Flipkart customer care and told them everything. Then he was also not ready to do anything, he was saying, please order it, no matter how much I explained, then he said, I am complaining. And this is not the first time this is happening to me, this has happened to me many times, my order out for delivery gets canceled and I face a lot of problems. It is not that I have always done prepaid orders but still cancel them or after the maximum time it is out for delivery. But I can't keep quiet anymore I want justice this time.
Please help me in this.
