Flipkart Internet Private Limited Bengaluru Karnataka India - Damaged and Defective Product

That I have purchased one F&D F****X *** W Bluetooth Home Theatre from Flipkart Online App bearing Serial No: F****XI********* with a price tag of ₹ *****.**, order ID: OD******************, Order Date: **-**-****, Invoice Date: **-**-**** in my name through Invoice Number # FAIJ*E**********. The Flipkart packaging stickers is not in the box, the other blue color tape is sticking on the box/cartoon as like the item is opened and already used by someone. The packing of sound system is not proper. Stickers are torn. Sound system is damaged from the back side (attached the images). There is no any Flipkart shipping label is the box. Brand box is already opened by someone. When I lodged complain no one can listen my issue and they close my issue as resolved (your return time is expired as you not upload the damage item’s images). Now the sound is not working which is also a defect item and I am unable to use the product. So I want my money to refund as soon as possible.
