Flipkart Internet Private Limited Bengaluru Karnataka India - Not returned or replaced the item

Respected Sir/Mam , I ordered a Portable Air Conditioner Of Bluestar Brand on **th June the product was delivered on **th june , during delivery they didn't opened product and said this is non open box delivery product and gone. I opened it after some time and found that the package was not sealed from down side and was only the * handling ribbons by which package was closed and the original ordered product was missing and there was another portable air conditioner , i immediately contacted flipkart for the issue and gave them photo proofs that they asked for after some days they reasked some photos of other sides of box and delivered wrong product and i shared them same, as days passed they call me and no voice comes and after some seconds they cut call from their side , and even many times they only given missed call and in update they write "we are unable to contact you please provide alternate number" as after reading this i provided an alternate number of my friend and waited for call as i was about to talk on conference , but this time they didn't called for * days after * days they gave me a missed call and called on alternate number provided on **th june because they said to give update by * july , now this time they didn't confirmed any details instead they talked like they are not from flipkart but after some understanding my friend remembered that * days ago i gave his contact as alternate number , instead of confirming anything they said that the photo of product id matching and we cannot return product , even their customer executive confirmed me that the product is totally different but of same brand and this docent have open box delivery . please help me to return and get refund of my product as they are doing some kind of drama instead of real investigation and now they are not reopening the issue.
