Flipkart Internet Private Limited Bengaluru Karnataka India - Flipkart delivered Damaged Sofa

I had ordered a Sofa Set (Bharat Lifestyle lexus fabric *+*+* sofa set foam light grey lexusLTGR*** Jute grey| BLS_Lexus_Light-Grey_***) from you through your authorized seller “Bharat Lifespace Private Limited”, the addresses vide your Invoice No.
FAA*KP********** and Order ID- OD****************** by paying an amount of Rs **,***/- (Seventeen Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Seven only). That, on **/**/****, the order has been delivered to my address but the aforementioned product is not up to the mark due to the defect in
one single sofa which is torn or ragged from most of the sides. Therefore I had raised a request for cancellation of the product within the stipulated time period given pursuant thereto, Flipkart had approved to the cancellation request/refund request and assured me that the said
product shall be picked up by **/**/**** and the whole amount will be returned. I had contacted your grievance officers also on several times but your officers had been always misled me stating that the problem is from supplier end and we will try to resolve the issue as soon
as possible but after that also no action has been taken therefore I escalated this issue and raised a complaint bearing SRIN********************, IN****************** but all goes in
vein. I had gone through so much of mental agony running after Flipkart making many calls and sending emails but till now no action has been taken.
