Dear Realme Company,
I had ordered a realme ** cm (** inch) HD Ready Led Smart Android TV on **-*-**** from Flirkart and I had received the product on **-*-****.through E-kart Courier service. The Realme Smart TV worked properly till **-June-**** but the Smart TV stopped working on **-*-****. We had not done anything wrong with the TV but now the power light indicator was not working hence please solve the problem as the product is under warranty. Therefore, I am not happy with the Realme product. I had paid only the *st EMI to Flirkart for this product, the remaining * installments i have to pay. I have attached the invoice with this mail.
