Jeeves Complete Mobile Protection - My Motorola Phone is Not being returned by Insurance Company Flipkart Subsidiary

I have submitted my phone to Jeeves CMP on **th June **** post JEEVES verified my complaint and found my issue genuine. My phone is lying with JEEVES (Flipkart subsidiary) since more than * months and they have only one excuse when I used to enquire about status:
- "We are still waiting for response from Concerned team and we will get back to you" on my more than ** mails to check the status
- When I used to call, they have one ultimate excuse "We will get back to you in next *-* business days"

I requested JEEEVES team to return my un-repaired handset as my phone have very important data and I need my phone back.

I request your team to kindly take strong action against Flipkart and JEEVES and force them to return my handset at the earliest.

Flipkart is also silent on my issue though JEEVES is a subsidiary of Flipkart. Nipun the owner of JEEVES are silent when I am marking him on Twitter, still no response.

I doubt the intention of JEEVES & Flipkart and also thinks if my handset is lost. If required I will send all my communication with JEEVES and Flipkart team. Both are intentionally ignoring my multiple requests since last * months.
