I had claimed insurance for my phone which was insured by jeeves in sent it for repair. At first on **rd of October my claim was been approved and later they scheduled the courrier pickup which was cancelled by the courrier partner without my knowledge later phone was been picked up on *th nov and delevered to jeeves on *th November later i enquired as i didnt get any call back or email from their side on **st November they told me that your phone is eligible for **% cash back and i submitted the documents **rd November later i got a mail amount will be created to my account within * days till date i didnt get any amount from them. Cost of phone = *****+**** jeeves complete Mobile protection plan + **** for processing fees.
Total cost=*****/-
Refund scheduled but not yet received= ****/-
Woww at jeeves.
