For the liquid damage, I have registered a complaint with Jeeves complete protection on Sep **th **** and my mobile got picked up in the first week of Oct ****. Till today I do not know the status of my mobile . Whenever i called customer care , some will say wait for * or * or * business day. one will say repair done one will say we have escalated another person will say request cancelled. some one will say we will initiate the refund. Nothing has happened till date.
