We had purchased a product of Rs ***/- from Myntra.com in August **** we had returned due to quality issues , the refund of Rs ***/- due to us is being shown in our credit balance in our Myntra account . When we are asking for return to source account from which the original payment was made to Myntra , they are refusing to return and forcing us to buy from them . When we are trying to buy they are charging a penalty of Rs ***/- . Our request for refund of our hard earned money is refused blatantly by them .Kindly take up the issue with such fraud and unethical online shopping co like Myntra .
