i booked train ticket on nov **, ****. but after payment getting message booking failed. my amount is refunded in mobikwik wallet Rs. ****. i am going to transfer my balance to my bank account but didn't transfer. showing rs **** for transaction. after that i added rs. *** extra then going to transfer but again showing new message rs. **** for this transaction. what is this. i need my amount. i mailed mobikwik rise complaint on their help section. but still no resolution no reply by mobikwik.
why?
you are unable to booked ticket so why adding features make my trip goibibo etc. i want my amount in my bank account.not your wallet. because here total waste my amount.
