- My Mi TV is not working withing warranty period but Company is rejecting it due to Technicians wron Open

TV purchased in Sep ****. Not working since May **, ****. Complaint raised over online Chat, Email and Telephone. Technician arrived only on **.*.****. Informed that PCB is to be replaced. Next day came with a PCB, but it was not successful. **th May, they reached again (*rd Visit) with another PCB, but that too was not working. He told that TV Panel has to be changed. In these * visits, they did not give me the Service Report, but I was waiting for a result. Communicated these developments to Xiaomi Customer support through Support call also. I was waiting for the Panel change. But on June *, local technician told me that Panel intend has be made and asked me to wait. On June ** & ** when contacted Mi Support, they urged me to wait till **nd June. But on **.*.**** Local support centre started asking for payment to replace the panel. I have rejected raising the warranty and all communication till then. On **th Mi India Support also started rejecting my warranty claim. They are telling that a wire is cut inside the panel due to insect bite. It is not a problem of the customer.. it is the lack of quality of the product. No Service reports were given by the technicians even after their *rd visit. PLEASE GIVE A SOLUTION TO THIS ISSUE.
