Xiaomi India - Poco scam me

I Purchase a Mobile Poco x* pro on **/**/**** from flip kart,i paid for it ***** RS but after * Month xiomi company give a update in my phone miui ** . after update my phone was dead automatically and when i visited on my nearest mi service center they said me to pay **** rs and said after that we will repair your phone under warranty i paid him *** RS in advance on **/**/****,but today they call me and said your phone is not under warranty you have to pay ***** RS to repair your phone but my phone is still in under warranty.and my phone dead just because was miui ** update and company know that but they are asking ***** rs for repair my phone.they are doing scam with customers first they are selling phone and they gives update and bugs and when we go service center then they are asking for charges they did scam with me of ***** RS INR. my phone is under warranty but they are are asking *****RS.
