B Ravi Raju filed complaint against Intermiles on May 14, 2023
I received a mail from jetprivilege.com on **.**.**** that I was having JPMiles of **** in my account no.*********.But when I inquired with the customer care executive Mr.Sumit today **.**.****, i was informed that those miles are expired. But there is no information on the same. Further if same thing happened with Bank account where account is not operated for * years, all our money would gone. Is it justifiable? My miles are as good as money so that I can book flight tickets.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
