Asus India - My brand new mobile is in service center for more than 40 days

I have given my new ROG * mobile to the service center for Wi-Fi & Hotspot not working issue on **/**/** and still haven't received proper solution. *st they said that they are replacing the motherboard board but after * weeks they said they are giving replacement mobile and asked me to submit my invoice. I submitted my invoice on **/**/** but still I haven't received any replacement. This is not an isolated issue because almost every ROG users are facing this problem which Asus already knew. Latest software update giving problem due to ROG * motherboard compatibility issue so replacing motherboard or giving replacement mobile will not solve this problem. It's a manufacturing defect on their motherboard. Aaus knew this and still haven't addressed this issue and made me wait for more than ** days. Asus india have cheated me with their fake commitments. I have gone through such depression and mental torture without my phone and i was not able to arrange any business trips or attend any program. * month of my daily routine and work lagging due to this problem. I had to use button phone for past month and it damaged my image. I spent *****/- on a flagship premium mobile just to loose my image in public when they held my phone in the service center for more than ** days. It was a great mental harassment for me caused by Asus india for trusting their brand.
