- MULTIPLE WRONG PRODUCTS DELIVERED Open
This has been avery bad and unpleasant experience with Myntra from last year or so. I have been getting Wrong products delivered. This happened with my **+ Orders already and due to this Myntra has taken away my Free Delivery right since I became the Myntra Insider. Myntra says my returns are high. But Even after complaining of receiving wrong products multiple times due to which few of the orders were to be returned in cases where exchange was not possible. In some cases even the exchange products came as wrong ones and twice I got the one's which I had returned before. So it clearly shows that Myntra is not serious about its Returns and why the products are being returned. They continue to sell same products again and charge customers in terms of taking away their eligible rights and benefits in the name of penalty.
What could a customer do in such cases? Its an online portal and we order without seeing or checking the products so its Myntra's responsibility to validate everything correctly before marketing their products or sending it to customers. Due to the irresponsible and negligent actions of Myntra, we customers suffer for no reason.
I demand a through investigation from Myntra about all my returned products and see to it that they correct blunders and mistakes and take out products which are not matching with their description.
As I have spent more than *k to be eligible for the Myntra Insider program and now my free delivery right has been taken away so I want it to be reinstated and my account be made normal.
Attaching few screenshots of products I received where you can clearly see the blunders and mistakes that Mynyta does and there is no term like Quality in their books. The attached pictures will tell the whole story as to why customers return their products multiple times.
