The product was delivered to me on **th, and I places the return request on the same day. The delivery executive picked up the order on **th july, however, the app showed out for pickup till **th july. After raising a complaint, the delivery executive returned the product back to me and then again a return request was automatically placed on the app on **th july, which showed that the product will be picked up on *th of January, i.e after * months. On raising the issue again, the pick up date was modified. There is a sheer deficiency in service. I have prepaid for the order and now I am not getting refund since Myntra executives do not check the MRP tags while delivering the product but the tag has to be there during pick up.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
