I’ve been living in Zolo Iris for a little more than * months now and the room they’ve given me is covered with mould everywhere.
I’ve raised several tickets, which was once resolved with just doing a thin coating on the mould, and then it came back the very next day.
They won’t refund my security back unless I give them ** day notice... which means I’m forced to live in this fungus infected room for that much duration.
Their customer service is the worst! The call barely goes through. Even if it does it will take you easily ** mins to connect with someone, and that person will just say anything for you to agree for the moment.
NO RESOLUTIONS AND VERY UNHYGIENIC LIVING CONDITIONS FOR TENANTS WHO ARE PAYING THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
