- Money stuck due to technical reason with no update Open
I purchased a mutual fund from Groww on *th March for *.*lakh Rupee (DEP******************** for *lakh out of which *.*lakh was successfully invested and remaining *.*lakh got stuck with message showing that it was stuck due to technical reason)
I invested this money in Equity mutual funds which were *-*% down on Monday *th March so if there was no technical issue at groww end , i would have been able to make those investment at much lower NAV
I contacted the customer care executive on Saturday i.e. *th March and they assured me that it will be invested by EOD however when on *th March it was not, i called them again and came to know that it was not invested by them and after chatting for **mins with them came to know about this issue
They till now i.e. as of **th March didn't mention me any reason what was the technical reason and this has caused me at least **k loss as I wasn't able to invest at a lower market rate.
The same issue happened * months back however I left it at that time as I thought it might be a one-off issue. This has become a habit of this company and doing customer harassment
I want to file claim for **K against this company for the pain I have been through.
