Groww india - Over a month No Refund

I tried investing in * mutual funds schemes from the Groww app. A week later, when I looked my dashboard, one of the investments wasn't reflecting there. When I checked the order history, I realised that particular transaction was unsuccessful. I immediately raised complaint/ticket in the groww app. It's almost a month, I haven't received my money. I am just getting response that 'It is stuck at BSE, wait for * day', since last * month..

I had invested in that MF considering the market conditions, now that MF's NAV has grown by more than *%.

It's like, my money got stuck, the opportunity got lost, my time got wasted in following up and what not despite I haven't done anything wrong here.
