I faced a loss of Rs *****/- which happened because of the technical glitch in the Groww India App. The glitch was almost for the *.* hours. I was unable to open the application as well as web browser. hence it was not showing whether the order was placed or not.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
