Hello sir,
My Order no********

Amount.****
Transaction failed but Amount is debited from my account. When I came to bank to put a letter regarding the issue Bank officer says amount is credited to beneficiary Account ask the brand factory persons.
When I asked to brand factory they also say that amount is not credited to my account
In between Bank and brand factory i Am suffering
So kindly please solve the problem
