Snapdeal - Money not refunded

So i had ordered a watch for which i made a payment through net banking. But after somewhile i came across a better watch at a different site. So i decided to cancel my order and initiate the refund which was expected in *- ** days. Now its almost a month and i've got no refund and their messages i can't see on my browser, app or in my laptop as well. I tried contacting them through mail but they end up sending support messages which i do not see at all. I've tried every means to get help and now this is my last option. Im a middle class student and for me the amount i spent on that watch which is cancelled too is a large sum of money. Please help me.
