SAURABH filed complaint against Flipkart on May 1, 2019
I have just done the payment of ***** for a Real Me * Pro phone from Flipkart. Earlier that order was in COD but due to cash problem, I have done payment using HDFC debit card. But from the merchant side or some technical problem, the transaction was failed but money has been deducted from my bank account. After * days I have called Flipkart customer care for this they said the money has been refunded from merchant side you need to talk bank for this. After calling bank they did not get any refund from Flipkart or merchant what I need to do?
