I ordered a few products from Flipkart below "ADIDAS Printed Men Round Neck Yellow T-Shirt, ADIDAS Striped Men Round Neck Blue T-Shirt, FLYING MACHINE Full Sleeve Solid Men Jacket, NIKE Solid Men Round Neck Orange T-Shirt, PHILIPS HD****/** Induction Cooktop paying upfront to the seller of amount RS.****.* on *nd of October ****. As they told me as per standard banking procedures, the amount will be credited by ****-**-** **:**:**.
Firstly how can they cancel my product after charging upfront and after that I wasn't able to utilize my debit card for other discounts.
I waited till the **th then I contacted my banking partener i.e. ICICI and they informed me the reference ID seller provided me with is false as they take only ** digit reference id and they provided me with a ** digit reference ID.
I raised my complaint with Flipkart stating all these things and gave my bank statement to them also, they instructed me to wait for the **st of October. I waited till date but on the **th of October I got a call Flipkart stating check with your partner bank, I explained to him everything that reference id is incorrect and i have already stated these things and she told me in ** hours issue will be resolved and in ** hours i got a message as per our conversation your issue has been resolved plss talk to your bank.
Neither they are telling me seller details and neither they are sending me an email confirmation for a refund so that I can raise a dispute with my bank.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
