Paid amount not refundedComplaint DetailsI had ordered online from purplle a few thingsbut soon cancelled the order because wanted tochange the order. I paid via ola postpaid moneyRs ***. As per purplle policy it should berefunded back within ** hours. The order wasplace on ** th Dec and i have still not got anyrefund. I have spoken to the purplle team viacalls and email **** times and they keepsaying give us time. I need my money backalong with compensation for the harassment orelse I will sue them Order number ***************.. I have called them and have chased over ** emails. Each time they say give us ** to ** hours. I am mentally harassed ans also I am paying late payment fees to Ola postpaid as my money is stuck with purplle.This is the worst website ever. Please dont buy from here. Nykka ,myntra jabong are much better
