I ordered few products from purplle.com on **/**/**** of Amount Rs *** by COD n got my products delivered in two different shipments on **/**/****. After opening the parcel I noticed a wrong product was sended to me. Product was "Mcaffeine naked and raw coffee face wash" but the product I ordered was Mcaffeine face scrub so I put it on replacement request and they accepted it. On **/**/**** the pickup partner picked up the product from me and then suddenly after few hours I got msg that failed delivery by them. That means they took the product from me and also cheated my money. I want my original product back bcoz I have already paid for it.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
