I ordered products from his website first time. The products worth Rs ****.But I received damaged and leaked products which were not in a condition to use. I requested for return of the products but now they are rejecting my return request stating that I've placed multiple return requests before though this is my first time order from purplle.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
