My name is Deep I have ordered two times from purple app on the same day on **-**-**** . And I received my order on **-**-**** but I have cancelled one parcel and the other one I have received i.e, order I'd ******** & amount of Rupees ****. But unfortunately I received a damaged or it may used product... So on the same day i request for return but on next day i saw they have rejected my return so for help I contacted with the customer care but without helping they told me that they can't do anything and added that in their system detects return request earlier also..... I have call several times but no one helped me out... Please be kind and help me with this issue.. no one is here to waste his hard earning money... Take you parcel and help me to get my refund
