Durgesh Singh filed complaint against OYO Rooms on Nov 17, 2019
I online booked hotel room Stay@home in Pune on OYO portal and and made payment of Rs *,***/- on **/**/** for the period **/**/** to **/**/**, booking Id NTMZ****. While I reach Hotel for check in , Hotel manager denied by saying there is no rooms available. I call OYO service for this issue. The OYO executive said that he will cancel booking & booking amount will refunded in * to ** days. He cancelled the booking on **/**/** but now almost two and half month gone, I didn’t get refunds to my account.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
