Phone Pe Indias Payment App - money has not received on failed UPI money transfer

i have tried to transfer Rs.**** from sbi bank a/c to airtel payment bank a/c on phone pe app on **st jan ****,but the transaction was failed and money debited from my sbi a/c. i have contacted both sbi and phone pe customer care team, both companies claiming this problem not at our end.if i contact sbi care they we cannot track your details as the transaction was done on phone pe app. If i contact phone pe customer care they are saying sbi deducted the amount from your a/c but unable to transfer your to recipient a/c, this refund is done through sbi internal processes, hence phone pe has little capacity in expediting it so you contact your sbi. this was the reply from Phone pe.
