Phone Pe Indias Payment App - Phone pe - Money not Credited to Bank Account

I had sent **,*** rs through PhonePe and it show transaction is completed but the amount is not yet credited to my sister's bank account. I checked with the bank and there is still no credit to my sister's account.
The transaction was done on **/**/**** at *:** AM and still, the amount is not credited to my sister's account. I mailed them thrice but there is no response.
And the college fees should be paid within next week but the money still not credited to the bank account. So please take quick action.
