Phone Pe Indias Payment App - No response by the company

I have transacted at Apollo Pharmacy Store on **/**/** of Rs ***.* using my registered mobile number. Storekeeper denied successful transaction at his end but money got deducted from my account. I have called customer care so many times but they don't want to solve this simple case. On *th, customer care people asked me to wait till ** hrs to resolve my case. They again told me to wait for *st till **/**/** then till **/**/** and again till **/**/**. "Phone pe" customer team is not helping me. They have harassed me in so many ways. Please, fine "phone pe" for not addressing a genuine case within time-limit and harassing the customer.
