Adithi Koushik filed complaint against Myntra on Apr 28, 2022
I had ordered some clothes on Myntra and paid through PhonePe. But the order never got placed. I ordered it again and paid from BHIM as I needed my clothes urgently and I was sure I'll get my refund anyway. The payment has been confirmed by PhonePe and they have provided me the merchant order number to support that. When I lodge a complaint with Myntra, they just respond that they have not received the money and just mark my ticket as resolved. Please help with this, I need my money back as it's not a small amount.
I have read a lot online about how Myntra's customer service is horrible. I have no hopes of getting it resolved by just raising tickets with Myntra. I want to include screenshots of their reply and the transactions bit I'm not sure how to attach a file here so I'm giving the transaction ids below.
