Travbond - Money deducted tickets not booked

we had booked an honeymoon trip for the month of April for Singapore and Malaysia. Total package costs around *.** lakh and the person was chatting with us on whatsapp till late night and told us to pay the amount or the price might increase. Hence we decided to book the flight ticket and the remaining will be paid later and the agent agreed to it. we have attached the mails and whatsapp conversation as proof. The person also confirmed that in the morning we will getting the tickets from their team. we got an mail to pay more **,*** for the land package post which the flight tickets will be booked. This was not informed to us prior. we have been following up continuously with them but they nobody is responding to us. we have all the call recordings as well of. Somehow one call was received by them and person called Anshuman denied that i had made so many calls to him and started yelling at me. I told them to refund the money if they have not booked the tickets but they are not ready to refund. Also the numbers that were talking to us on whatsapp have stopped replying or receiving our calls. we also received one more mail few hours back that the flights are not available hence the price have increased.
