Travbond - money refund

We came across one travel agent called Travbond. We wanted to go to dubai and wanted to book a hotel through them
They asked us to pay the advance of ***** for a hotel booking that i confirmed. After the payment is been made, they sent mail changing the terms and conditions and forcing us to take the complete package. When askedfor refund, they refused without any explanations and are not responding neither picking calls.
Kindly resolve the matter and please sleep us get back our money
