Travbond - Trav bond cheated us on Europe package

We Are Two Woman Travelling To Europe On A Package Tour, We Had Booked Group Tour Package For Europe Through Sales Team Of Trav Bond, And We Made Full Payment Upfront So That There Are No Hassles , But The Trav Bond Operation Team Kept On Delaying The Bookings Till Last Day Of The Travel And Kept Us In Dark. They Changed Our Package To Individual Booking Without Asking Us And Removed All Inclusions From He Iternary. Now We Are Two Woman Stuck In Foreign Country With No Support From Travel Agent Whatsoever As They Are Not Responding To Email Or Phone. We Have Lost All Our Money And Hopes. We Were Told That Hotels Will Be ** But Only To Find Out That The Hotels Booked Are Dormitory With No Bathrooms Also. Also We Are Not Provided With Any Transportation To Move Around. This Is Corruption And Woman Harassment To The Highest.
