Paytm - Money deducted from Paytm wallet

I am usong paytm and other similar platforms since many years. At around *:** PM on **th of Septmber i opened paytm app and saw that my wallet balance is only Rs.**** though the amount actually added in my wallet was **,*** more than this amount. I checked for orders and strangely what i saw that on same day at *:** PM and *:** PM an amount of Rs **** was deducted twice. It was something new for me since i didnt receive any OTP nor i received any msg for such deduction. After a shortwhile at around *:** PM on same day the remaining balance i.e; Rs.**** was also deducted from my wallet. I immediately changed the password and lodged complaint with paytm but to no avail. Till this time paytm is unable to address it and even we can not take screenshot of the details of order from paytm app due to security reasons. Now, they are saying that u have ordered something for Google play service that i am constantly denying. Fact is that somehow the amount was deducted from the wallet without me logging in on any website amd without any msg or signal on my number. Please help.
