Freecharge - money deducted from freecharge wallet without my authorisation

Rs **** was deducted from my freecharge account. I did not authorise any transactions. Earlier, whenever a transaction was made, I got a text message as well as a e-mail. But I did not get any text message or mail and when I opened my account rs **** was deducted.
In "transaction history" it showed that for rs **** transaction was successfull, and I did not authorise any transaction.

I need that money, as there are no recharge shops near my house, i am suffering mentally very badly. I trusted FreeCharge and this is what they have done. Shame on you freecharge.
Refund my money or I WILL take legal actiom against Freecharge.in
