Ajio.com - Money deducted but order not placed

on **.**.**** the amount of Rs.*,***.** has been debited from my account but couldn't able to place the order. I wrote the same on Ajio customer care via E-mail, after that they create a complaint ID No.COM*********** dated **.**.**** but still not yet clear the issue and no response from them.
